A: Yes, as long as your monthly donation remains active, you will continue to receive perks. Perks will be periodic and as our team of donors grow so will the perks.

A: Perks will be delivered and redeemable via text and email. Physical items will be shipped and digital perks will be accessible through our nifty fifty digital community.

Q: Can I opt out of receiving physical perks to ensure my full donation supports the mission?
A: Absolutely! You can choose to forgo any perk that is awarded to the donor team while still receiving donor recognition and updates. Simply opt out by not redeeming a perk when they are offered.

A: Yes, you can cancel anytime by managing your subscription through the secured link that is sent to your email after you subscribe. If you cancel, you will still receive perks for the month your last donation was processed, but future perks will be discontinued. The active donor team is refreshed routinely each month.

Q: What happens if my payment fails?
A: If a payment fails, you will receive a notification via email to manage and update your payment information.

Q: Will I receive a donation receipt?
A: Yes! A tax receipt summarizing your annual contributions will be emailed to you each year during the tax season.

Q: What is The First Fifty Exclusive?
A: We want to take time to especially thank the first fifty people who join and maintain their membership in The Nifty Fifty team. We are going to honor these donors specifically with an event at the end of the fiscal year using no more than ten percent of the donations we receive during the course of the year. We must maintain 50 active donors for this perk to be offered.

Q: Can I gift a monthly donation on someone else's behalf?
A: Yes! You can set up a monthly gift in honor of someone, and they will receive perks and recognition. You will sign up using your credit card and their phone number and email address. They will then be able to access the subscription and receive the perks. The subscription will be maintained through the email address used at the time of registration.
