From helping out with camps, to landscaping, to working with our animals, there is a multitude of places to serve at Akron Fossils & Science Center! We welcome both one-time volunteers as well as regulars! Learn more about being a volunteer here.

We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our tour guide staff! The perfect candidate is excited about learning and helping guests of all ages to learn too! Tour guides take guests through our 3 hands-on learning stations, help to run our various programs such as camps and birthday parities, and help to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment at the front desk and gift shop. As a tour guide, you get to spark the curiosity and imagination of learners and create a fun experience from the moment guests walk in, to the moment they leave our science center.
