  • We recommend arriving no later than 3:00 pm, as our full guided experience takes about an hour and a half to complete. Our last General Admission suggested start time is 3:30 pm. Our last Animal Adventure tour begins at 4:00 pm.

  • Our last Self-Guided Admission is sold at 4:30 pm.

  • AFSC closes promptly at 5:00 pm.

  • Weekday tours for groups of 15 or more are available year-round by appointment. Please call 330-665-DINO to schedule.

  • As a small, family-oriented business, we are closed on all major holidays and most holiday weekends.

General and Family Admission

 

General Admission | $12 per person

 Family Admission | $50 per immediate family

General admission includes all 3 of our guided tours and the outdoor play park. 

Complementary admission to the Creation Education Museum (housed inside AFSC) is included in your General Admission.

The Family Admission is a one-day, general admission pass for immediate family members ONLY: parents and their children under 18 years old OR Grandparents & their grandchildren under 18 years old. (Maximum of 8 guests)

Zipline Ride Add-On | $5 per ride (CLOSED for the season)

The zip-line is an add-on feature and can not be purchased without general admission.  The zipline is SEASONAL and WEATHER PERMITTING.  All zipline riders must be at least 48 inches tall and have a signed release form by a parent or legal guardian.  Click here to download the release form.

Museum Admission

Creation Education Museum | $8

This admission grants entrance to The Creation Education Museum, which is situated inside Akron Fossils & Science Center. Audio tour listening devices available at no extra charge!

Complimentary use of the Outdoor Play Park and Ohio Fossil Find are included with this admission.

Guided experiences (Fossil Tour, Animal Tour, Fossil Replica Making) are not included in the Museum admission. You may UPGRADE your admission ($4 additional charge) to include these options at the Front Desk.

Group Admission

 

Group Admission | $10 per person

Group Zipline Add-On | $5 per rider (CLOSED for the season)

Please click here for more information and to reserve a date. We also offer a free (scheduled) walk-through tour for leaders who intend on bringing a group, so that they may preview our facility before scheduling.

Group visits must be scheduled ahead of time, and a $50 deposit is required to reserve your scheduled date and time slot. Please call us at 330-665-3466 for more information.
